Hi! Call me Audrey! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, & a Board Certified Counselor through the National Board For Certified Counselors (NBCC). I provide anxiety counseling for adults, aged 16-65, who struggle with finances, relationships, their workplace, health issues, and other concerns – especially when worries about these issues do not resolve themselves quickly and start to get in the way of enjoying life.
I am licensed to provide counseling throughout Arizona and California, and I am located locally for those looking for a therapist in Chandler, Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, and beyond. I work with a broad and diverse range of clients, and – while I am available to chat about any challenge you may face – I specialize in anxiety, panic attacks, stress, and related struggles. I want to help you live your best life, and I encourage you to reach out to me to start the process.
With close to three decades of dedicated professional practice, Audrey Jung, LPC, LPCC has honed her expertise in therapy for anxiety experienced by individuals aged 16 to 65. Through her extensive experience, Audrey has cultivated a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals across various stages of life.
Audrey Jung adopts a multifaceted approach, drawing from renowned frameworks such as ACT, REBT, CBT, and DBT. By integrating these proven methodologies, Audrey empowers her clients to pinpoint their core values, confront the thoughts and emotions holding them back, and harness their inner drive to propel themselves forward towards tangible goal achievement.
Whether through in-office counseling in Chandler, AZ, or TeleHealth sessions via encrypted video conferencing, Audrey provides a supportive environment conducive to personal growth and healing. As an LPC in Arizona and an LPCC in California, Audrey Jung is committed to guiding individuals on their journey towards greater mental well-being.
